Data on your headset

Your settings, gym design, saved layouts, timer settings, bests and the anonymous player ID used for shared gyms are all kept on your headset. Uninstall My Boxing Gym to delete them. We never receive them, so we hold no copy.

Data held by our online service

Unity, which runs shared gyms for us, keeps the anonymous player ID and short-lived connection logs. They aren't linked to your name, email or Meta account, so we can't look them up for a particular person; Unity removes them under its own retention rules. Shared gyms and their codes are gone as soon as everyone leaves.

Anything you sent us

To have feedback or emails you sent us deleted, use this form or email myboxinggymvr@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data". We delete it within 30 days and tell you when it's done. It's free.
